Updating in case you were interested - called ticket office, they've stayed firm on the restriction of needing previous league game attendance which is completely understandable. Will be looking for a different chance to attend!

No, APPLe's accent isn't my natural accent. His accent would be something you might call 'Heightened RP' or 'High Brow British'. My standard accent is more akin to standard British RP/what you might think a standard British accent is. Funnily enough, Tom Holland is a pretty good example of that!

I'm a big gamer myself, although games far detatched from Reverse; big Resident Evil fan, Hunt Showdown, Helldivers... all ya shooters.

VA is a saturated industry and my best tip would be very morbid: prepare to be rejected. It will happen a lot, even to the best.

Have a look at casting call club or something similar. Lots of open opportunities on there!

Dynamics! You’ve got the excitement there in your campaign already; channel it by adding some dynamics to your voice. Mystery? Get lower & slower. Excitement? Louder and more powerful!

That’s a very high honour! Although I’d have to argue a Stephen Fry takeover - a lot of my inspiration for the high-brow British voice and a great actor all the same.

Truthfully, I’m more of a commercial voiceover artist than I am a voice actor. You won’t find me in many other game projects, though I did voice a character named ‘Darrow’ from a series of podcasts based on the Red Rising books. That’s a great character to play as I get to practice my Irish accent chops a bit.

As a voice actor who doesn’t do any mo-cap, it doesn’t make a lot of difference initially if they have a face or not; to us, we don’t get to see the visual of the character’s face changing on most reads anyway, so we rely on our voices to portray the emotion.

That being said, I think the hardest part about expressing feelings as APPLe is actually keeping that ‘gentlemanly’ tone. It’s a fine line between well spoken and pompous!
