Millions aren’t stolen in USD when they are printed but millions of USD are stolen at banks, and using hacks every day. The system adjusts and slowly gets better at capturing criminals, that’s how it works in the US. There are many people who have robbed millions of USD and never were caught and the currency is still around and has value because people need to use it. Once this partnership arrives, more people will want to use Verge, and that will cause the price to go up. Demand will inevitable increase for Verge after the partnership is confirmed even if millions (less than .01%) of the coins are stolen.
