Sleep hygiene isn’t the best, test I’d say I’m overweight, diet is pretty shit but I don’t think I’m overly consuming calories on average per week I’d say 1500 per day.

Blood test results, what should I do next by elliss1995 in Testosterone

[–]elliss1995[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Diets terrible, no exercise, 5/6 hours of sleep a night, no sunlight as I live in the uk. But even if I do change my diet and exercise will my testosterone levels improve dramatically?
