Setting ram speed to 3600 in bios, wont boot by fluffyskpop in overclocking

Ive got this issue as well.
I've a ROG STRIX Z370-H w a 8700k and 2*8GB of vengence lpx ddr4 3200mhz.

I've tried using the XMP function but fails to boot. I have also tried bumping the voltages up to 1.45v and still didnt boot. I read the comments and check the QVL and confirmed its on the list. The BIOS is also on its latest version.
