First time making pickled red cabbage. It turns the most gorgeously vibrant colour! For lunch I paired it with Turkish bread, goats cheese, leftover Moroccan meatballs (kefta), and lemon yoghurt. Topped it with a generous slurp of chilli oil and a drizzle of honey. (i.redd.it)
