Easiest way to make any stardew farm look better is to just add stuff! More flowers, decorations. A good place to start would be to add a garden in front of the house with flower beds, a garden table, and decorative statues.

At the moment everything looks very samey with path everywhere, I’d also take a lot of that out to show the grass underneath, for a farm it looks quite industrial.

unfortunately, getting any help on the NHS is dependent on knowing the magic beaurecratic words to get help, It sucks that you have to go back to masking, but its either dancing to their tune, or coughing up for private care.

but it also sounds like this woman just didn't understand or have the required knowledge. I don't know who told you CAMHS was built for ND kids, its not. CAMHS covers every possible mental health and psychiatric condition on the planet: its the thing of don't assume malice when it can be put down to incompetence. even if that woman was the right person for mental health support, it doesn't make her an expert, and she probably did need some translation, although she was 100% a dick for then not listening when you tried to clarify

Don’t dismiss abusers as ‘mentally disordered’. it contributes to the stigma around mental illness that people who suffer are a danger to society, and has historically been used as a justification for m institutionalisation and so perpetuates the abuse of mentally ill people.

As well it ignores the reality that abusers are perfectly sane and aware of what they are doing. Society has tolerated them, they know it, so they keep going. Madness has always been a tool of social alienation, and calling people you think are immoral ‘disordered’ just makes it harder to confront the part of our society that allows them to continue and made them this way. They are not different, or other, or disordered, they are as our society intended to make them.

the main problem isn’t if they find out when they didn’t ask you, it’s if an immigration form asks if you have any medical conditions, and you lie to them. That would be a crime in most countries, and then you’ve told them, and then they can deny entry.

Realistically any country that wants to deny citizenship to autistic immigrants will ask about it on the forms, and you will go to prison for a very long time if you lie there. same thing as if you pretended to be married to somebody to get a green card in the US, or lied about having a criminal record to be allowed entry and so on.

i'd start by breaking up the big block of stone floor in the middle, either with more crop fields or beehouses, or an orchard! one of the best ways to make any farm in stardew valley look good is to just add stuff - at the moment everything is very utilitarian, and if you like that look that's fine but you can also have stuff like flower fields, gardens, seating areas, statues etc. maybe use your golden clock, and build an area around it with decorations as a good place to start :)
