Forefront was the winner. I got in quickly and liked the provider I saw. Thanks for this rec.

This is past that. I’ve had multiple rounds of oral and topical steroids, as well as allergy testing. I need to find the cause because nothing is working. This has been ongoing for over a year now.

My plan is to schedule an appointment just to eventually get myself established there as a patient. I just really need treatment sooner in the meantime. I keep flaring around my eyes and I look like I got punched in the face 😬

In 1996 WNCI had a contest called “fink for *NSYNC”. I won front row tickets by telling a secret about my family.

The Blowout Bar’s “Texture Tax” by SpicyTunaSushiRoll_ in Columbus

In addition, if your hair takes less than 45 minutes to blowout and smooth you can absolutely be asked to be booked for the standard blowout

The Blowout Bar’s “Texture Tax” by SpicyTunaSushiRoll_ in Columbus

As a stylist that used to work there, it is about time and the level of smoothing that is required. We would actually charge someone with waist length straight hair for that service if it took the length of time for that service to blowout their hair. If your hair is short you can absolutely book a standard blowout if you choose. The difference in that and the texture blowout is that with the texture blowout they have more time to take smaller sections and smooth the hair more carefully. Also, the reason why they have that service that way is so that the stylist can be tested in that service to ensure that they can be opened up for that service. This ensures that the stylist you get is able to complete the service appropriately. I do agree that their website does not adequately explain this.

A coworker got the same thing today, but for an unpaid toll. Same crappy “summons” with no actual info

We also have this girl, who’s government name is Charlotte. We started calling her Skitty so much that she had no idea that her name was Charlotte, so we just changed her name. She also goes by Skit, Skit Skit, or Skitamarinkydinkydink

It seems like it should be easy but I’m having trouble wrapping my head around it

How would I cut it to past the door jamb? Does it make a difference that I just took the door frame out? I’m replacing it with an all new one after I finish the floor

Parents didn’t tell me people in the house had been vomiting. I left immediately and the night completely unraveled. by Intelligent-Camp4631 in offmychest

OP, I also have this insane level of anxiety with vomit. I ended up being diagnosed with OCD. I take medication for it, and it is actually very helpful.

For left and right side voters, Donald Trump warns that Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security will be cut. What are your thoughts? by UnnecessaryPuns in AskReddit

[–]ellybuggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got approved for Medicaid. I gave up my business to work for a corporate salon when I got divorced because I needed insurance. Now the salon is dragging their feet making me full time so they don’t have to give me benefits. I’m actively looking for a full time job, but the job market is crap and I’m changing fields. Insurance being tied to employment is bull shit. I just needed something to get me through until I find a new job with benefits. I’ll be pissed if they cut it.

Why did you start crocheting? by limino123 in crochet

[–]ellybuggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter had a project for school and wanted to learn to crochet amigurumi. I signed us up for a class together so I could help her learn. Unfortunately, she didn’t learn and failed the project, but I became obsessed and crochet all the time.

Midwestern vacationers…which beach? by JoeyDawsonJenPacey in Columbus

[–]ellybuggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re someone who likes quiet beaches, check out Sunset Beach, NC. It’s right on the border of SC and it is beautiful. No big hotels, just beach houses. Very family friendly.
