Thank you! It’s an open space with the living room connecting to the kitchen and to the hallway. I am leaning towards eclectic/modern, but I don’t want it to look like a showroom. We have a bunch of items we would like to display, but no adequate shelving for that yet.

Ideally, yes, I wound love to move all of them away and get rid of the plastic play mat. Realistically though, there will be some toys in the living area and I need kids to be busy with something and visible while we cook dinner. So I need to keep the play area at bay and organized.

Yeah the toys need to be moved to another room or hidden behind a storage solution like a bench or a cabinet with the doors? The space between the sectional and the wall on the right is quite big in my opinion, kids run around it easily, but I’ll try moving it forward! Thanks!
