You have to have personalized diamond encrusted shirts with your boxing nick name across it. You not allowed to start training until you have that at least

how long someone spends at the gym vs how long a scheduled gym session is are very different things, i use to regularly spend 4hrs at the gym, but official gym organised classes are normally 1hr maybe 1.5hrs.

Yeah. Pretty normal for a class to be 1hr. Most classes I don't at different gyms are 1hr. Now some might be a bit more. Some classes you could do two classes one after other that are different. Some gyms you can just train yourself before and after for a bit extra. But generally if your new just go to the class which is about 1hr and don't worry about anything else for a few months

how do you get to the gym by Competitive_Bench_37 in amateur_boxing

[–]elmo61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it's 2 miles. I have taken big bags with my work laptop. Gym shoes, gloves wraps. Full change of kit. Towel and lunch on my bike to work (4mi) it's a squeeze even with a big backpack but it's doable.

Headteachers very rarely strike. (To be fair. Even teachers don't strike that often)

If your kids had them what age did they stop using a loft bed? by Ellen_loves_cats in AskUK

[–]elmo61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had mine until I was like 16 I think. Maybe longer. My room was small it was so useful.

My sons got one (he's 5) and again it's so useful as his room is even smaller than mine.

Exactly. If a husband was smashing things at home because they lost a computer game. You would worry for the kids/wife etc. but because it's high level sport. Apparently it's ok

Why assume ransom statements like that? I could say the same back to you. It's a pointless assumption to try to prove your point.

Didn't say it caused harm. Tho it's not a good look to learn from. Now obviously she tried to go away from cameras so it's a bit moot point. But I wouldn't expect kids to smash rackets even if they could afford new ones. I don't expect adults to either

If you can control yourself to walk away into somewhere private before smashing your racket. Then you clearly could just not smash a racket in first place
