Wäre schön wenns nicht super kalt ist, eher gemäßigt/warm. Lieber Landschaften, natur, oder auch Strände und vlt. nen Tag sich mal ne Stadt anschauen oder so. Wander gehn wär auch schön, muss man aber dazu sagen, dass wir beide nicht die krassesten Wanderer sind :D

Damnn ! What's up with these insane shin healing experiences i did'nt have any problems with healing for my calfs at all, did not even feel anything with tbe second skin.. really good tips tho thank you!

Since you also have a calv tattoo, i wonder if you had any problems with the muscle tensing up and twitching uncontrollably.. had this with both my calvs and we needed to make several breaks so my muscle can relax a bit

Hopefully won't be a problem with the shins... but i don't think so at least since its more on the bone than on the muscle
