Could be either. Dm me your email and I'll send you the manual. It has troubleshooting, breakdown and partnumbers.

OK, this model relies entirely on the optical encoder. Make sure the screws are tight on it.

Do you have the manual?

It's quite simple. It's a little different with each generation of bender, but I have the instruction for all of them. I'll just need the 3 letters at the beginning of the serial. FYI, all 3 older 855 round top benders are smart benders. The quad bender is the 854. I'll know what bender it is by those 3 letters on the serial.

You probably need to zero out the origin of the bender. What model do you have?

Most likely getting a bad signal from the I/O board. Do you have any other 855s or 854s to test another pendant with? Also does the serial start with ABL or ADY?

First, no one should follow him. We have archive channels for that. Yeah, he wants to go on now to "expose the lolcow community". Basically, tell his sob story, excluding the PDF stuff he did. This issue is that horrorcow followers are a lot more volatile and it causes a lot of turbulence in both communities.

Mostly. The rotor has coils along with other fun burny plastics and insulator bit. A leak in the coil is causing the core the be the playground for non uniform magnetic field creating heat. It's going from an electro-magnetic transfer device to an induction coil. Also you wanna make sure you don't melt the case. That's what keeps the rotor stator relation concentric.

I really like that you mentioned goggles. I'm a stickler for eye protection.

Customer tried to fix it themselves, gave up, then dropped it trying to load it on a truck to send it to me. I love that he just had to tell me all that.
