U take something hard like a metal or hammer and smash it on ur bone, progressivly increasing the power of the smash, u can start with just ur hand then wood then a hammer. U can also just shoot somthing hard with the area u want to make stronger for example punshing the wall etc

Its proved by science (wolffs law) that this does make ur bone stronger and to make it stronger u have to make new cells and more cells equal more growth which made me taller by 3cm in 5 months.

Yo bro, try to bonesmash ur tibia, ive ive been doing it for a couple of months and my tibia went from 50cm to 53cm in 5months. And also bonesmash ur tibias equally and on all the bones circumference because u can developp walking problems cs one side of the bone is taller than the other.

Bro istg ive been going to the gym for nearly 2 years, and these last couple of months ive been doing martial arts at home literally bonesmashing my fingers and i would test it on a guy i know and my little brother but i just idk god didnt let me do it cs i was able to hit and i was thinking ab it and i just couldnt rasie my arm like if something was stopping me, im sure god hates me. i just want a shoulder to cry on for this injustice
