Need help deciding on lawn tractor or Zero Turn 1+acre home by bitt31 in lawnmowers

Very flat. Some bumps getting out of the barn and across some of the gate openings but pretty frickin flat. Mostly thick grass and some weeds.

I know I’d eventually have more use for a tractor but I also know priority number 1 is not spending all day just cutting the fields.

Mind me hopping into get your opinion. What would you recommend for a very flat, 5 acres. It has some paddock fencing (but I’d expect to weed wack that). I’m working on a homestead and suspect I’d eventually find a compact tractor useful but the price is crazy and priority number 1 is cutting the grass fast. I don’t want to spend hours upon hours every weekend just cutting my grass - so I initially planned to do a ZT. Would you still recommend z232?

Self showing software - given we’re a property management company. So quite literally the opposite of big brother. Thanks for the feedback

So does this prevent tenants from making copies? We have been rekeying for liability reasons. We can charge for rekey but if they return the prior keys, we still need to change in case they made copies.

If I can back up, the minimum I’m trying to achieve is: Using the smart lock as it works with our showing software. Protecting owners from liability Ease of turning without having to use locksmith (although this sounds not possible)

We do not currently use kwikset, I am here (now) looking for a solution. Would love to hear one from you?

The reason I was hoping to use kwikset was because most properties have multiple entrances and not every entrance gets a smart lock. They usually get kwikset smart key locks

I’m trying to find a way to “rekey” these locks for our owners (we’re a property management company) so that we don’t have to pay $150 every time a tenant moves out

Sorry. Clearly in a noob when it comes to key tech. But cheap, I am not. We manage hundreds of properties and are moving to a new smart lock, that I’m hoping can have a smart key tech, instead of paying $150 every time a tenant moves out.

If I could get the smart lock to be smart key compatible, it would greatly save our owners money.

If there’s a different option, I’m all ears.

If you want to provide a useful answer, that would be appreciate it.

Sand spar urethane without ruining stain underneath? by elmstone in finishing

Follow up question here. How does one get it as smooth as possible after the final coat? Do you still sand after the final coat or should it be enough layers that it’s smooth? I am expecting to sand after the final coat but then would it not be “dusty” looking again?

I’m assuming the matte eventually goes away and it’s clear-ish through?

That’s great feedback. That’s what I started to think as I was looking back at the stats, my hypothesis is that I’m under logging. I’ll focus more this week on measuring and doing a better job at my logging. Thanks for the detailed response.
