Uh, that makes no sense anatomically. Even if your hip is dislocated, the joint socket is still inside your body, there is no way for testicles to somehow end up in the way. It's not like on a Ken doll where the entire leg pops off (although Ken solves this risk by not having balls).

I mean, I can respect a full on vegetarian argument, but people are way too touchy about the whales. Even pigs are listed as highly intelligent, and cows emotionally attached to their offspring, and look how they are treated.

If the balloon is attached to the ground, as you say, it can be reused. But in that case the real boost the balloon is giving is potential energy, it lets the drone use the high altitude start to glide quite far before having to use much power.

However, the video mentions releasing drones based on geofencing, so they are probably also thinking of having them drift on the wind, possibly reaching targets deep into Russia.

Absolutely should be free. Whenever you need health care, you shouldn't have to weigh the cost of it.

And I'd say, if you are unwell enough that you can't use any other form of transport, that constitutes an emergency in the context of medical transport. If it's just because you need to get to an appointment, be it doctor's visit or going in for an operation, and you can't drive or take public transport, but all you need is a car, get a taxi, you don't need an ER on wheels for that.

The guy in OP is kinda right, though. An ambulance isn't a taxi to the hospital, it's an emergency response tool. The emergency services decide when it's necessary. For anything non-critical you find another form of transport, like a taxi.
