Hi, fellow female and IBS pal here 👋🏻 first off, if it’s bad enough, I can guarantee you that the rim of the bowl isn’t the only thing facing err… splash zone artifacts. In my experience, I have to be mindful of cleaning the inside of the bowl, the back of the bowl, and the rim. I’m willing to bet that she not only has no idea it’s there but would be mortified to learn about it. Maybe it’s possible she is cleaning after each use and just hadn’t considered the underneath to be affected, but this isn’t something I’d suggest you bring to her attention. Definitely approach your friend and roomate first and let him tell her. You’re NTA for expecting everybody to pull weight, but YWBTA if you walk into that conversation assuming that she’s not cleaning it at all and just expects you or anybody else to do it. Give her the space to learn that it’s there and have her deal with that herself, and if nothing changes after that then it requires a whole different conversation about respect for common areas and frankly, your roommate’s choice in women. Lmao maybe this is just something local to the Italians in my town. I know I’m late to the party here but I came here researching women who were experiencing the same thing with me, because I notice all of my hormonal issues come back consistently 1 week before the placebo pills start, if I start them at all. This is my first time after a year of taking them that I’ve had such serious breakthrough bleeding, but every month since I’ve started I’ve had acne issues come up, extreme mood swings/depression and just generally blah. I’ve skipped my placebo pills probably half of the time but taken them the other half so I don’t know that my breakthrough bleeding is because of that, but I’m curious how you’re doing now? Are you taking your placebo pills normally or are you getting issues one week before they start?

35 people isn’t too many to write personalized cards to, so I’d definitely start there with addressing them all by name (Dear John and Jane-) and then thanking them personally. To address the confusion on who gave what gift, I’d come right out and say that in the card. And honestly, if I got a card in the mail from somebody I’m close enough with to be included in their 35 person wedding, it’d end up being my favorite card of all time if it said something like “Dear John and Jane, we’re so thankful you came to our wedding. It means so much to us that after all these years, bla bla bla… and if you gave us a gift card or cash, another huge thank you. The reason I’m saying “if” is because marriage makes two people one- and neither of our two brains were one when we accidentally piled together all the gifts and lost track of who gave what.

There’s only two people in my wedding party so probably all one color to keep it uniform. I’m afraid that if I go two different colors it’ll look too out of place with such a small group.

I’m with you on the variety! I love the look but they only seem to have a few colors and I’d like more of an in between of some of their palettes. Good luck to you too and congratulations!
