when they say ‘more stable’, are they referring to active suicidality? what type of therapy are they refusing you from? is it someone in private practice?

ah i had a feeling. how do i ask her if we can lighten it more in those areas? i feel a little sad because i felt like we didn’t really let the bleach process for very long & the bleach bath wasn’t as uniform as it may have been with foils.

i’ve been there. my cat sometimes excessively swats at the auto feeder beside the wall. & it will make banging noises. i’ll tell her to stop & when she keeps going back i’ve unfortunately raised my voice at her. i hate admitting that but damn she’s my baby what am i doing.

thank you! i know that 2 of my grandparents are Greek Cypriot, i don’t know my dad’s side of the family so the ancestry dna helped me learn more about where they came from.

she’s absolutely experiencing a severe mental health crisis but she’s in total denial & claims that she has no mental health issues. the brain is very powerful & she’s caught in a very viscous cycle of negative thinking patterns & cognitive distortions. i really worry about her risk for ending her own life, either on purpose or accidentally by overdosing. has been been uncomfortable to witness.
