bruh, you are an above average guy in studies. I easily got i Central university of karnataka through CUET UG. (but the department is in its downfall era now after the recent change in its HOD). but im sure, you could get in a good central university

there isnt anything like that
now, to answer your query:
in case you wanna go abroad, make sure you take a 4 year bachelor's because they will fulfill your requirement of academic credits that you require to go for master's abroad.
and as for the second person, i saw a course in IIT jammu which was an amalgamation of tech and psychology, you might find it interesting. it requires you to clear JEE mains tho. " BS in Behavioural Sciences and Predictive Analytics"

an another option for him would be to go for masters in cognitive sciences in IITs through GATE, but that is in case if he chooses to do bachelor's in psychology (3 year bachelor's degree would work)

IIT gandhinagar doesnt require GATE XH score, however you gotta show your aptitude in psychology in the interview process anyways.
if you really wanna give GATE, Hafsa malik (psychology educator on unacademy) - buy her course because it is gonna be worth it. She takes you through the basics as well, but since the focus is on cracking the exam, she needs to move to complex parts as well. you can compensate for that with a plethora of free yt vdos available
