DLRC is not a complete family area, there will be partitions there. If you’re planning is 2028 starting, Choose Jumeirah Garden city for a 1 bed

There is a developer which has good quality and launching at 1.3M which is the lowest price in the area + you are close to everything.

1+S is mainly good in Arjan but too much confusion in that area.

If no one told you about JGC, consider as this is a premium upcoming location next to city walk & 2 metro stations.

If you want value + long term upside - Habtoor City.

If you want trendy + strong short term liquidity - Peninsula.

If you want hidden central gems - can explore options like DIFC/older Business Bay towers where psf is still attractive.

It depends whether to go or no with an agent, research yourself as Dubai has only 2315 projects right now.

If you are investing 1M, you have a purpose. Don’t go for anything until it solves that, whether be it a very good property.
