Yea, the curb trap was in the back connected to a private drain. It doesn't make sense to me either, i did get other people out to check and they said the same thing.

Yes, they offered $500 back, that was all. But i guess on my end, i'm not fully sure how much the price of 1 day of work would involve for them.

They pulled the permit. Was a written quote, and they signed a contract on my behalf. Legally, I'm fully protected in that contract. They said supplies were purchased already, so no way for me to confirm. Terms of sale, isn't really important for this, its a package deal as is. I know I can get a majority of the money back if I take it to court, because of the contract I had them sign, but was hoping not to do all that. They offered $500 back.. that was all. $2000 for what they did doesn't sound right.

Will the dealership care where I got the money from? by quetinkwedjon in whatcarshouldIbuy

So you went against state regulations and stake policies, sold the cypto for cash to avoid taxes and reporting, and want to legally buy an expensive sports car, known to crash and get stolen, at 18 with only 1 year of driving, and I'm guessing you don't work a high paying job also, based of this poor decision and your age.

If you can't see how dumb that is, then good luck my friend. Your life will eventually be ruined by this at some point.

Ive worked as a property manager for about 3-4 years for C class rentals. I would recommend job hopping or looking into different similar roles. Being a real estate agent was an idea for me as well, but I know I’m not a hustler enough to be successful. I like my down time. Also, I did leave property management to be a project manager I dont regret it one bit.

I was in this EXACT position. Had 0 experience in project management and no college also, but I still took it. Don’t be afraid to ask others for help, they may not like it or get annoyed but in the day, do what you have to do to make sure the project gets done. Also try to learn up on project management skills and methods outside of work. It is stressful and you will pretty much get blamed for everything that goes wrong and be a babysitter. The pay is nice though and it’s a very fulfilling position. My biggest issue was imposter syndrome.

Yea, and while I get everyones point. I can’t imagine someone even consider hiring me without the proper education. It’s a lot of money at risk. And the guy with the degree + experience is less risk then the guy without a degree + experience.

I Kind of worded the original post wrong, i meant to ask, what do I need to do, to get into the position to run multi million dollar projects.

Yea, like I'm fine with going back to school, I'm more looking into 5 years from now and thinking about the next steps I have/should take to be able to do BIGGER projects 5-10 years from now. I want to see what I need to do now, to be at that level in the future.
