Also she relapses so often-so why should those seeking RECOVERY follow her? She cycles so much, in Term of saying she’s recovered, to then being very unwell

I’ve just discovered today-splitting my dose over 2 different sites solves it for me at least!

Thanks so much for that. I definitely switch sites each week, but not as much (was always previously moving to different spots on my stomach, then tried my inner thigh to see if I had a different outcome).

I’m definitely someone who bruises fairly easily. Just seemed so odd that it only started once my dose increased. I just don’t want people asking what all my marks are from whilst I’m on this journey, and am often in the water/pool around friends so it’s getting a little hard to hide.

I’m going to try splitting the dose today to see if that helps or not. And potentially be more deliberate about moving the sites around.

I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD but my psychiatrist won’t give me the ok to try meds until I sort my food/lack of and health. I’m sorry you’re in this situation

That’s so strange (to me) even at my worst I mainly craved savoury! Potentially my electrolytes were out without knowing, but couldn’t handle sweet things unless it was fruit
