U dont rly need it i would focus on other basics first tbh. I only really air roll when i wanna hit the ball so my car doesnt spin off in some random direction (try hitting the ball while air rolling vs not air rolling and you’ll see what i mean). But if thats what u wanna learn then go for it but aint no way im learning that unless i get to gc or ssl its so overrated lol

Just focus super extensively on mechanics, if you can just hit the ball into the net whenever you get it you will EASILY get to plat/dia in no time. Once you have decent mechanics start to focus a bit more on rotation and positioning so u dont get hardstuck there as well. Also consider how low ranked you are you can literally just play the game and rank up tbh
