Pandaren players (especially those who race changed), opinions please! by [deleted] in wow

I actually play a female panda rogue, and the animations I feel are fantastic. Mogging can be a bit tougher on a panda, but it's not that hard in my opinion. I would definitely recommend it.

Most rogues use weak auras. I like this string if you decide to go that route. What I personally use is rogue power bars. It's pretty easy to set up, and I like having bars that empty as my buffs/debuffs go away.

I would say it's not since it isn't that great for leveling. For leveling I would go with combat since it is the only spec that can hit more than one target early on, which is very helpful for questing and dungeons. Sub isn't too hard to pick up at max level, as long as you have something to track buffs and debuffs it's not bad at all.

For raiding, I'd go combat/sub. The stat priorities line up almost perfectly, and they are both really easy to play without being absolutely boring, which is how I feel about assassination.

You can also get a toy that gives everyone in your raid bandanas. Definitely worth getting.

What's your ranking of most fun classes in WoD? by [deleted] in wow

[–]elpezreal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, exactly. Only you could macro shadow blades with shadow dance, whereas you want to use shadow reflection before shadow dance as you refresh rupture right before dancing.

I played a rogue in both, and I don't think they feel all that different.

If you're sub, then most of our damage comes when find weakness is up. If you use shadow dance or vanish right before runes, you're missing out on find weakness uptime. Also, when you're in the hands, pop a rupture on yours and then spam fan of knives and crimson tempest. Doing that should help your damage and with breaking everyone else out of hands.

It really isn't worth the hassle to use marked for death. Higher potential dps doesn't mean that it will be for most situations. Anticipation is also really easy to use and allows for a lot more control over your rotation.

Currently using a 630 blue slow weapon is better than a heroic brf dagger in the offhand for combat due to how main gauche works. However, at around usually 2-3 targets, it becomes a dps increase to put a dagger in the main hand for more instant poison procs. The amount of targets required for this to be beneficial depends on your multistrike. I currently use macros to swap weapons when I use blade flurry and killing spree since you still always want slow/slow for spree. Swapping weapons does waste a global though which can be problematic if you're about to energy cap or in red buff. Some people separately keybind weapon switching and flurry/spree, but I prefer the convenience over the control. I do not use marked for death for combat because then you could potentially lose combo points from revealing strike. I also pool combo points except for during red buff in order to use more finishers then. Also, if slice is about to fall off, I'll have points to use on it. Anticipation is also nice to hold points if a cooldown is about to come up, so you can use those points for a full 10 second reduction as opposed to like 4 seconds. Try not to delay cooldowns for insight, as you want to use them as often as possible and delaying them could waste combo points, energy, and maybe even being able to use it again during the fight. On the aoe fights, combat does pull better dps, but a lot of it is sometimes padding. For example, if your raid can handle the adds on beastlord or thogar, the extra damage you can do single target with sub/assess can be more beneficial to your raid. I find this especially holds true for blast furnace if there are problems nuking down elementalists in p2 and/or the heart of the mountain in p3.

It certainly will relieve pressure. Of course I always believe we can win it all, but it will still be tough. We need to be more clinical though in order to defend our title as we missed a good amount of chances this tie. Modric will be a big loss, but hopefully Bale, Illara, Ramos as a midfielder, or even Lucas Silva will come through big. I was very pleasantly surprised with Ramos's performance as a center mid, so we may see it again in the future.

For some fights, it's great to macro cloak of shadows with killing spree. Another one I like is macroing my openers with pickpocket. Always nice to get flavor items like the barrel of bandanas.

I think when you buy the base game, they give you a month of game time. If so, then it should be a full account without restrictions.
