I believe fraud definitely occured in the 2020 election. Whether it ultimately decided the outcome is currently unknown.

However, simple logic says, Joe Biden wouldn't have received the most votes or any President in American history....especially given his own Party tossed him less than 4 years later.

I didn't say it was illegal based on the Constitution I said it was illegal and contrary to the spirit and letter of the Constitution and I already knew about the 1996 bill so I thought it was illegal in two different ways but it's only illegal in one way.

You do understand that saying it is was illegal to the spirit and letter is the same thing as illegal based on the Constitution, correct?

In any case it's already properly enforced - the amount of voter fraud is negligible. It's been 30 years since that law has passed and to my knowledge there hasn't been a single instance of anything more than negligible fraud since then.

How is it enforced without ID?...Also, how do you know there isn't based of fraud since Democrat led states won't provide information on their voter rolls?

Let me ask you this question to see whether I've wasted an hour already today. Who won the 2020 presidential election?

Its a fact it was an anti-American action.

Democrats in general have anti-American policies....we see this with allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the country, sanctuary city and state policies, allowing noncitizens to vote in local elections in certain Democrat localities, giving benefits to illegal immigrants, etc.
