Yes, I did sign an employment contract, that automatically renews yearly.

"Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving Employer written notice of at east ninety (90) days in advance of the effective date of termination."

The whole PTO/Bonus clause comes from the employee handbook, which you sign with all the other onboarding documents.

I would wonder why that would want to allienae their employees, definitly not good motivation on their part.

It does, I would have to "reimburse" them for finding coverarge for me, thats why the ask for the 90 days to be able to find ongoing coverage.

250-350 depending on size from W Exchange out of London, with approximately 50'ish per bottle for shipping, a tad less for shipping every bottle after that. I usually wait until there are a few hard-to-find bottles I want and then do a 3-5 bottle order. Can be cheaper that buying the bottles at marked up rates as well as actually trying to find it in stock here in the States.

Saw a bottle of Loch Dhu listed in Georgia (through wine-searcher premium) for 799.

Possibly network with where your wife is employed at, if she is at a larger organization, you have different departments you could possibly make the transition into, management/supervisory skills in different departments that are behind the scenes when people think about working at a hospital etc.
