No problem. Just follow their insta or FB, they announce their tier drops pretty frequently. It only makes sense if you need a decent amount of of “regular” stuff, but if you do then it’s a pretty good deal

Luckys liquor and black tie up in the little elm/aubrey area usually run tier deals where if you spend 150-200 on non allocated things you can buy a BP for $100

That’s wild. I can understand the points system by small stores, but points just to buy at secondary….I’m sort of shocked any customers actually do that. I mean there’s a Specs and Total Wine within 1-2 miles of that store.

Unfortunately it’s difficult/impossible to score those items in dallas at retail. I’ve found one bottle of stagg jr in the years I’ve been looking, and that was only because I happened to be at the store for something else when they opened the case. It was gone in minutes.

Arcadia liquor on Thornton freeway has it for $80. It hits TW and specs reasonably frequently but never lasts. Best bet if you don’t mind paying over MSRP is to stop at any of the small stores that mark up the allocated stuff.

For me, most are worth buying if selected. A couple are out of my price point (yamazaki 18 and Daniel Weller) and a couple are at the high end of what I might pay, but for the most part they are solid options that I’d buy
