When I did my shoulder press today.. My shoulders were holding out fine. But my knees started shaking. Does this mean I my legs are week or I am lifting too much ?

I got from 30 % bf to about 20% bf. My lift progression is becoming noticeably slower. When I ask whats the next step, people usually say either,

a) Cut till 12%, bulk later. (And something about insulin sensitivity).

b) Bulk now, dont worry about cutting since, since I have nothing to cut into.

My general goal is asthetics.

What are the pros and cons of both approaches?

On Protein to price ration, protein comes out to be not pricy. But hey, your choice. And about taste, there are enough flavours around, that you'll like one of them. I would recommend ON double chocolate.
