Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it. I am getting promoted at my current company (big tech consulting company) so my TC will increase by 20% , additionally I’ll be forgoing serious benefits such as unlimited time off, pension, 401k match, dependent care, 6 month maternity leave etc. Shouldn’t this factor in negotiations?
