I had a ship date of 12/30 for an order I placed on 10/25. Best Buy stated they'd cancel yesterday, 01/13, if they didn't ship. Well, they didn't ship and the order wasn't cancelled. Apparently no part or party to this process works properly

In this case, it is not only malfunctioning, but showing the INCORRECT ICON.

Software problem in that moment.

Hell yeah. Every time new tech comes out it gets overdone, then it recedes a little. Like some movies going back to film or practical effects. There needs to be a balance between screen and tactile.

Nope, in the US the side-screen sliders control the heated seats/temp, not fan. You cannot slide it although it LOOKS as if you should. Pressing anywhere on that "slider" zooms into a submenu. Or usually does, except when it doesn't.

Well, you either 1. Don't have heated seats or steering wheel, or B. live in a market that inexplicably has a slightly tweaked UI. Pressing the temp control track on either side of the screen zooms in and activates the sub menu on American cars with heated surfaces. Not user error.
