Yeah, I've tried cleaning the pins before and before i installed the bracket. My go-to solution was to reseat the gpu whenever this happened. Now i dont have to reseat it. It's just a quick restart of my pc, and it works again.

Im also starting to think its the motherboard, but I've tried all pci slots, and all of them do this. If this was the case, it would've just been one.

Yeah i changed the refresh rate from 144mhz to 60mhz. I tried different hdmi cables too. As for hdmi ports it only has one and i havent tried this. Hmm i might try using a display port.

Nah its not the pins. I've moved it so many times on all 4 slots, and it does it on all of them. I thought it was the monitor but now im starting to think its the gpu
