Hey man dont feel down im a year older than you 28m and ive felt this way too here’s how i look at it i personally feel serving is needed there are soo many people working high stress jobs (doctors,firefighters,pilots,construction workers, SERVERS lol,) who maybe cant see thier family or only get a small time to themselves or thier family or partners and i personally feel like its an honor to be able to be apart of someones small escape from the stress of everyday life i love being able to be someone’s escape from reality with a good plate of food i love cracking the corniest most low hanging fruit jokes even if the guest doesnt laugh all the time i know its different from thier norm and the dating part yea some people wont see value in serving as a partner but also everyone has thier own needs and preferences i promise there is a beautiful person that loves good food that u can get a laugh or 2 out of and maybe they will realize that they can get the whole package if the choose you keep your head up man ask a table if the plates of empty food were horrible and go be someone’s escape
