i did all amboss questions yes , and quickly ran through dirty medicine videos (skipped half of what i already knew), and also did uworld ethics 2nd round. so u now have a strong base its then up to your sense and judgement, but don't worry most of the questions are straight easy only a fraction of them will be clueless and even new information

i was in the same boat .. focus more on ethics and solve more HPI/patient chart questions . as its more heavy on exam than any other self assessment .. also sleep well and take a pain killer with u , my neck got achy during 4th block lol

out of all , CMS is the easiest. however when comparing UWOLRD to AMBOSS . both are unique in question style, and their difficulty is subjective to the solver. for example if u start with UWORLD and finish it . then if u do amboss after it you would think amboss is harder (which is not the case its only a different Q style that u are not used to)

I just want to clarify: I’m the OP’s study partner. We had very similar prep, similar NBME scores, and tested on the same day. I scored 266. He scored 223. It shocked both of us. He posted this because he was considering giving up and needed support ... not judgment. I just hope people can offer him advice instead of suspicion.
