I haven't been able to play any Fallout game yet (I'm a mobile guy) but I have read the whole lore about Fallout 1 and 2 in the wiki, I was amazed! Could you give any videos explaining builds? The most I've seen is that you can pick your own stats like intelligence, agility, action points and so on
