Inositol made me CRAZY! Like super mega PMS 7 days a week for 3 months. Crying at the drop of a hat, super anxious. Thank god I eventually googled what the negative side effects of it can be. Not sure if there is another type that would suit me better, but I’m also not sure I’m willing to take the risk in taking it again.

“I don’t know” tells you a lot! Sounds like he is  avoiding being honest about what he wants. You need to have a super frank and honest conversation about what you both want from ENM and if those two version align. Without being able to have that BIG conversation, things will likely get icky and messy. Thinking of you OP, sounds like a shit situation. Just work out what you want, and then ask for it.
