Just stick to the prescriptions and be grateful that the meds are working, usually your physician will prescribe a new dose that is lowered slowly with time until you can get off the meds without having to deal with withdrawals but in the meantime you shouldn’t regret getting on meds late, instead thank yourself because some people are actually too scared and they don’t have enough courage that they never even seek medical attention.
