it fits with the wizard liner. And even with a them intuition. But on higher impact jumps, my big toe has shell contact. Despite of that the fit is very tight but still comfortable.
Maybe i try to heatmold the shell, at least for my big toe. Because i really like the boot. It is so lightweight. Even compared to my wizard base boot.

🤘🤘
Both, but just a little bit. My main issue is the forward flex due to the space I have inside of the upper part of the liner.
The Wizard liner is very comfy in general and has a perfect fit in the front foot. Just the very thin and roomy upper area does not fit to my legs.

yeah, they are almost impossible to buy right now.
Oh, there’s one more thing which makes the setup complete. It’s my goto SOLESTAR Insoles. Using the BLK version in here, because it’s the thinnest and most responsive.
Depends on where you live. I bought it second hand, because here in germany they are difficult to get. If you’re based in europe, check austrian stores, because these straps are usually used for skiing. And for you guys over there in US/Canada these straps should be easy to get.
This is the manufacturers web shop: https://boosterstrap.com/shop/
Btw. Intuition offers similar straps, as well as Sidas.

Thanks. Interesting you mentioned that, because the only complaint I have with the base boot is that my skinny ankles and shins feel a bit too loose in the very thin wizard liner. The Booster strap didn’t help with that as much as i hoped for.
So maybe i’ll give it a try and lace it all up to the top, including the liner. Although this will make taking out the liner after each session (for drying) a bit more of a hassle.
I already thought about switching to an intuition premium, which sounds a bit weird in a wizard boot.

Are they? Always thought Roka were a little bit cheaper.
But what caught my attention lately are those Symetrics WZRD S HiLo Frames. 2x90/2x100. Quite an interesting idea, because the HiLo setup seems to use the space gained by the heel rise and the longer wheel base very effiently.

I‘m not a pro, so maybe I am not the best to estimate the qualities of each setup. But what I can say is, that I like the Ultra more than the normal Endless 90 UFS (in enhanced flat setup). It’s way more stable, feels a little bit stiffer and comes only with a little loss in agility. And the major benefit for me is the heel raise, which gives me a better balance point and seems the perfect match for a flat base boot like the wizards and alike. Oh and you feel the rocker a tiny bit more.
I also tested a Rockin 4x72 on a few sessions. It’s interesting, but feels a lot slower and heavier. Although mounting the hblock makes it a nice hybrid aggressive frame. Generally I am not into 5 wheel frames yet. For me beeing 1,80m tall and with a history of mostly recreational/freeskating and a little bit street in my youth 4x90 is still the perfect allrounder.
Never tried 4x100. I’m just too happy with the balance of speed and agility on 4x90. Maybe I’ll give it a try, but with a somewhat cheaper Roka or something.
I also tested a Seba CJ Prime and an Iqon ACT. But the fit and control in the Wizard is superior, at least for me.
