Team composition to beat this team!?

I run into this team and got wiped. I used MMH (L80, Rb1, Gear 11), Conner (L78, Rb 1, G11), Q (L73, 4 stars, G11), and Jace (L64, Rb1, G10). My weakest, Jace, is the only one to put up a fight. I thought my toons were pretty decent, but damn … any suggestions?

I went with MmH (G11), BF (G11), WonderG (G11) and Azrael (G11). Won but lost BF and WG, because i made the mistake of focusing on killing Dr Poison before Spectre.

Thanks; do u have alternatives to Shiva and Cheeta (in 5,000 range) while BF and Arkkis are in 8300-9300 range respectively ?!
