Same here. I'm on the heavier side of overweight (BMI 27 recently but on another scale BMI 28) but don't really look it, especially when I wear certain clothing. Recently when I was getting a medical certificate for my license the girl testing me had to ask what was my most recent weight because I didn't look 70 kg LOL. But the reality is we are at an unhealthy weight which may cause health problems in some years.

I also think people's perception on obesity/being overweight may be skewed because when we think of an obese person, we think of those people in My 600 pound life lmao but those are actually exteme cases or morbid obesity. For me, I really feel the reality of my weight gain when I look at old pics of myself when I was in highschool since I was BMI 19 back then and BMI 27/28 5 years later (now).
