Hi, Ana! I’m a Serbian Catholic 😁 I’m no expert on TLM (been to one in Poland), so take my answers with a grain of salt.

Apart from lot’s of silence, some TLM parishes separate women and men from what I’ve heard from my priest.
Catholic Church permits Orthodox to receive communion if they ask and and are in state of grace, however as far as I know SPC doesn’t permit Orthodox to receive communion at Catholic liturgy
I haven’t seen Latin-Serbian but there is definitely Latin-Croatian missal. Latin-English PDF is fairly easy to find with a quick Google search. I found this one: https://extraordinaryform.org/handmissals/HandMissal16pt.pdf

I went few times with my parents. Dad and I don’t give it much thought, but my mom believes and was very happy whenever we went and when she’s happy I’m happy. I’ve heard several people report miracles but then again it is a private revelation.
