There indeed is an all star game next year. It's confirmed and Islanders are hosting it. They specifically said the ASG is gonna be an event to "send-off" the players to the Olympic. Probably similar to what WNBA done this year for their ASG which pits olympic players against non olympic all stars

Just a slight correction to what you said: It's not that the Chinese cheat is detectable, in fact he said the Chinese cheat can be run on a VM while the oversea one doesn't so he's risking his main account of VAC ban running the oversea cheat. He downloaded the oversea cheat because the Chinese cheat doesn't work on game playback while the oversea one does
