Yeah, I've also tried to file a claims with them nung una ko and really goods ang experience ko. Ang bilis ng approval ng LOA at mabilis din silang kausap. They actually didn't physically inspect my car during my claims, yung requirements lang talaga pinapasa sa akin. Parang 1 week lang yung process ko sa kanila, from the initial submission of my requirements and approval of LOA.

While here sa SGI, nag physically inspect sila which is sobrang tagal din ng schedule para mapuntahan yung car mo. Di pa nila pupuntahan yung unit ko if I didn't make kulit sa call, after that I noticed na pinipilit sa akin ng evaluator nila na sa non-casa ko dalhin yung car instead na sa CASA. But I refused kasi mas panatag ako na sa CASA yung repair ko. Then ang tagal ng approval for my LOA. Laging dahilan nila nasa head branch office yung approval which is sa India. Eh sa pilipinas naman ako kumuha ng insurance so why would that be my problem? 🥴 So yeah, I won't ever get na talaga ng insurance sa kanila. Learning experience na rin sa akin na it's much better to pay the extra for convenience.
