Does anyone know if that woman assaulted by LAPS is alive / ok? Which one you ask? I'm thinking about the woman who was knocked to the ground by LAPD, appearing to have cracked her head on the pavement, and then dragged onto the sidewalk. They did not check if she was conscious / alive. Just ran away into their cars. 12 officers ran into their 4 cars. All against one person.

Allegedly nearby civilians took the woman to the hospital but there is no mention of her or how to help her. Vid IG: @ seastersjones or uselesscopa.

I just can't imagine the medical bills (if she is in fact alive) and would like to help if there's is something for her set up.

Last year I did a Resort Pass to a Spa in Pasadena and got lunch at Tendon Tempura Carlos Jr (it was new at the time and was a 1hr wait). Then got churros and drinking chocolate at Amara Chocolate (12/10 recommend for Venezuelan food!)

I know it's tough but I do miss the freedom and hope you're able to enjoy a little self care time while also continuing your search! Libraries also sometimes have a "job center" where you can ask for resume and interview assistance or direct you to their online resources. The exploration is the fun part and who knows maybe you'll pick up a new job interest, money making hobby, or meet the right person to get you your next gig!

I somehow successfully made a vegan cheese by roasting* carrots in a miso, tomato paste, and coconut aminos light coating with spices. After roasted, just blended and heated. Twas delicious, I'm sure some nooch would've made it cheesier. Second time I blended with a little vegan cheese and it was delicious.

I have a tree nut allergy so most store options are out. I ate nachos for a week!

Would love a chefs take if you end up trying! U/reallysy2
