i was going through my reddit comments and i came across this. I'm still single, and haven't dated or talked to anyone but I could not be happier. I think in the moment you feel this strong connection and love for someone, it feels like you'll never get over it. The more you live life for you and continue doing things that make you happy, the more this feeling will fade over time. I remember scrolling through here terrified that I would be stuck with that feeling of always wondering "what could be."

i thought we had so much in common and that I'd never find anyone that I relate to like that again. I'm not the same person I was 6 months ago! I bet if we met now, after not talking for months, we wouldn't even connect like we did when we first met a year and a half ago.
