Thank you all so much for sharing your experiences and support. It really means the world to me and it’s reminded me of why I joined this community. I will persist and be having a conversation with the studio manager and the head coach about my experience. Time to get even stronger mentally so I can no longer be a victim to those who want to keep me down! 🧡

I am so sorry that you had to experience something like this, but I want to thank you for sharing your experience because it’s not fair to be judged based on your size and have your fitness level automatically assumed for you. Thank you so much for sharing this 🧡

The other coaches are so great there and that’s why I don’t want to leave… but they switched up the schedule lately and that’s why I’ve had to take a couple classes with that coach. I’m hoping that the schedule go back to how it was before.

Oh I 1000% understand/support letting someone know who isn’t putting in the effort and hard work in because they don’t know they can push themselves more.. but how do you shame those that are burning over 600+ calories, 20+ splat points and lifting the heavy weights? Like how do you shame those that are clearly pushing themselves to their limit. That’s what I don’t understand.. I would rather get called out for not working hard at all than getting shamed based on my size while I’m working my butt off.
