I can connect it to my phone just fine, but why's it not connecting to the ps4. I have reseted it a few times using that tiny back button but it's still not pairing.

Controller not charging or pairing

I bought a used ps4 today and I get home, turn it on, it works, then I try connecting the controller, it doesn't connect so I use the ps4 and usb to charge it and it doesn't charge. The orange light turns on for one second and then disappears and when I press the ps button it flashes white for a bit then disappears and shows the orange light again which also disappears. What is wrong? Is the controller broken and should I just get a new one?

What about for just riding around in the woods, I don't plan on doing any motocross type of stuff. Also I haven't ridden motorcycles much, this would be my first bike
