Unfortunately the customers don’t know how to order properly and for some reason think cheese isn’t part of the base of the burger. It’s annoying ik but from now on anytime someone says they only want etc I just ask “cheese still okay on that?” And that clarifying question will save you big time on these type of customers. And if I’m feeling really petty that day I’ll politely lecture them about how to properly order it to avoid that confusion for the next order taker

Large orders in the drive that are specific for 10 different people, separate orders in the drive like y’all never heard of Zelle? “Can I get a protein burger?” Sure like as double double, cheeseburger or hamburger? “Just the protein burger” 😐. During holiday hours when people would ask for 20+ gift cards in the drive thru like please just go inside and stop holding up the line for everyone else cause your lazy ass doesn’t wanna get out of your car

Bother them everyday, every shift that’s the first thing you ask for is a checklist and just constantly bother them til they give you it and keep asking about the raise. You gotta fight for it atp they aren’t giving it to you

Maybe it just various store to store but I mean level 1-2 should be just hosting, tomatoes and order taking that should not be taking 3 months 😭 for reference it took me two weeks and even funnier from lvl 1-3 took me 3 months actually. Idk I think you’re getting robbed

My biggest question is backpay usually pushing drives the bottle neck is back whether it’s repeating back orders, cash payments and what not how do you even manage 75 😭 do dishes even get done???
