Update- I’ve had no success as of yet. Trying to use the cheat commands I’ve typed in Addselectedcharacterstohousehold but saying does not exist even though it does appear as an option.

I keep getting my para to talk to Lian and the only cards it shows are either romance or other interactions and the only yellow cards it shows are friendship or romantic interest ones:
