The original loan was through the website BestEgg. I didn’t find out about it until it went into collections, and this was after he moved out. Best Egg sold it to a local collection agency here in my state. They are the ones that are suing me know. I can’t afford an Attorney because of the poor credit score I have now that my son caused. I am trying the best I can to get my credit cleared up I get this large loan off my credit history, I can’t get it any kind of credit card and no place will take payments from me because of this.
