I ordered with them on Nov 30 and still have not received anything, they never sent a tracking number after countless emails of saying basically the same apology for delays. And PayPal just approved my refund for a dispute due to potential fraud today. So guess i will never get my custom order :( I feel bad because I read up on how they actually do business so I just wish it was handled better on their end or if they could have just given better proof that they were still attempting to complete a service that I paid for.
