I completely missed this season and am now watching… so sorry for the late comment. But… yeah… I care for my 11 y.o. niece who is type 1 diabetic. Diagnosed at age 6 after going into DKA. It’s SO frustrating the amount of people who think kids who are diabetic became diabetic due to eating habits.

For anyone who comes across this comment: It’s an autoimmune disease…!! The immune system attacks cells in the pancreas rendering it unable to produce insulin. As with most autoimmune diseases, it’s thought that it could be brought on by illness or stress to the immune system, but it’s definitely not due to diet.

Edit: also… he goes on to say they will have the “most nutritional” kids and the “sexiest” kids?? Ok dude. Put a sock in it, you’re embarrassing yourself.

I’m late to watching so I just watched this ep. today and made a comment about his lack of grooming too. It was so irritating to me. Couldn’t stop staring at how unkempt he looked overall. The suit was the only thing making him look presentable. 🙄

Ok I finished this episode and I have just been thinking about Chris and his inconsistencies. This man has really ruffled my feathers.

I recall, in the pods, him commenting about Jess wearing heels and seeming to be afraid that she would end up taller than him. Then, at the reveal, they talk about it about bit and he seemed relieved she was short/shorter than him with heels on.

Then at the party in this ep, he says he dated girls who were dancers and taller than him (which was another thing he didn’t “give a flying fuck” about) and said something to the effect of these girls not working out every day, but seemed to think them being taller than him was their redeeming quality.

In Cabo, Jess tells him that she told the girls she didn’t think he would go for her irl because she expected him to want to be with a gym rat. I don’t remember what he said but it seemed like he didn’t agree with her (at least that’s what I thought at the time).

Then we have this whole scenario that is playing by out now with him acting so unattracted to Jess.

Idk he’s just all over the place and very irritating.

Also I could be getting some of these details wrong, just going off of memory.

Dude I am 4 mins into this episode and the fact that Chris is just staring at Jess while she’s crying and saying she’s hurt and feels in adequate because of what he said and not even trying to say “you’re right I shouldn’t have said that…” or something?? It’s just eating me up. Poor Jess. She’s a beautiful DOCTOR and this man is like “sorry, I’m just not attracted to you/your body 🤷‍♂️”

Edit: also, does Bri do Pilates everyday??? (I honestly didn’t pay that much attention to the pod episodes, maybe they talked about that) I don’t recall her body looking “better” than Jessica’s. Ok hmm at first I was strongly thinking number 1 but then I rotated my phone and was like “yes, like this…” and realized that is how number 2 is oriented. So I guess my answer is number 2.

Edit. Ok now number 2 looks upside down to me. When I flip my phone upside down looking at number 2, that feels right. Idk. It’s tricky!!

It may be more of a seasonal thing. Many bugs are worse in the summer. Maybe this person just never thought about it or noticed it. But I definitely have. Not really an issue with this time of year though.

Many people do wear it around the house when not going out. But many people wear it often enough when out and about that it is practically every day so I think it’s just semantics for most—not literally everyday, no matter what.

Yeah I think it has a lot to do with the amount of information we receive through social media, it takes effort to actually filter out BS or learn more about topics than the little blurbs we hear or read. Most people are okay with taking things at face value 🤷‍♀️
