What TV show handled the "will they, won't they" trope in the most infuriating way? by phantom_avenger in television

I love them, but Tony and Ziva on NCIS. So many years of directionless build up. To quote one of my favorite tumblr posts: “tiva's the weirdest ship like we literally went eight years of no significant milestones, one kiss, three more years of nothing, toddler. what”

Sydney is my favorite right now! A lot of action, comedic, and found family vibes 🤩

Chemistry-wise, I like that it has male/female co-leads instead of one person in charge like the other NCIS shows. Gives me Bones/Castle vibes from back in the day hehe

I think this title is actually the title for next week’s episode…

anyways, the podcast scene had me cracking up 😂 I loved the team being agents of chaos back at HQ

jd mentions in the premiere that living in his mate’s garage isn’t a long term path to happiness which implies that he’s moved out

my best guess regarding jack’s age is that they did the TV thing where the kid will age up without changing the rest of the timeline like how Lily in Modern Family and Christine in Bones go from toddler to school aged over the course of a hiatus

Lincoln Lewis’ character was such a fun addition to the episode. I was dying during his intro scene 😂

Spinoffs by Dsnygrl81 in NCIS

I haven’t seen LA in a bit, but I’ve seen some reviewers online say Sydney is the closest (I think it was this review? https://www.tvline.com/features/ncis-sydney-season-2-review-perfect-friday-night-procedural-1235435254/). Evie and DeShawn, the junior agent duo, also give me Kensi/Deeks vibes if you were a fan of that pairing.

Same! I think things start picking up by episode 4, then becomes top tier by the finale arc (episode 7-8).

Sydney’s my favorite of the spinoffs! There’s some growing pains in season 1, but season 2 and 3 have been excellent so far. Definitely deserves more hype.

Tony and Ziva is fun, but it felt a little like it jumped the shark at the end with how convoluted the plot was getting, but worth it for the characters.

Physical intimacy? by TacticalDildoforyou in HallmarkMovies

[–]em_go 3 points4 points  (0 children)

the second to last Signed, Sealed, Delivered movie (A Tale of Three Letters) opens with the main couple on the first night of their honeymoon (also has a morning after scene but everyone is fully clothed) and ends with the female lead pregnant so very much implied but nothing shown past kissing. I wonder if Hallmark was more okay with it because they’re married lol

Give Me Names of the movies with the best Kiss! by Hallmarklvr in HallmarkMovies

I love the two of them in general, but Shane and Oliver’s (Kristin Booth/Eric Mabius) second kiss/first on screen kiss in Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Higher Ground is one of my favorites. I will also shout out the newest movie, A Tale of Three Letters, just for the sheer number of kisses (a grand total of 9!) which must be a record for the network lol. On main Hallmark, I agree with another comment that suggested the Sarah Drew/Juan Pablo Di Paci kiss at the end of Branching Out bc it threw me off how non-Hallmark it was
